At BSBF LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
The item must be in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Items returned without prior approval
3. Return Process

We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photo or video proof

We will offer:

Replacement, or
Partial/full refund (at our discretion)
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase or before shipment
After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed
8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider

9. Chargebacks & Abuse

We actively monitor for fraudulent disputes.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims with evidence
